GenLo AI Media (“GenLo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how GenLo AI Media collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you interact with our websites, mobile applications, digital products, learning solutions, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to GenLo AI Media generally and to GenLo products and applications, including CloseMark by GenLo (“CloseMark”). Certain GenLo products may have additional privacy disclosures describing practices specific to that product.

By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The information we collect depends on which GenLo Service you use and how you interact with it.

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Content you create, upload, or provide through our Services

Account Information

Some GenLo applications may require or permit creation of an account. We may collect information necessary to create, authenticate, maintain, and secure that account, such as your name, email address, account identifier, authentication information, and subscription status.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our websites or applications, we or our service providers may collect limited technical information, including:

• Operating system
• Browser type
• Application version

• Device or account identifiers
• Usage information
• Crash reports
• Diagnostic information

The information collected depends on the technologies and service providers used by the applicable Service.

CloseMark by GenLo is designed to operate with privacy in mind. In the current version of CloseMark by GenLo, job information and documentation created within the application are stored locally on the user's device.

GenLo AI Media does not receive, collect, transmit, or store the job information users create within CloseMark by GenLo.

CloseMark by GenLo does not currently collect or transmit precise location information, microphone or audio recordings, analytics information, advertising identifiers, or crash-monitoring data.

CloseMark by GenLo does not currently transmit user job information to artificial intelligence services or store job records in a GenLo-operated cloud database.

Photos and other job documentation used within CloseMark remain subject to the storage and permissions provided by the user's device and operating system.

Because job information is stored locally, users are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to and backups of their device and locally stored CloseMark information.

If future versions of CloseMark by GenLo introduce cloud storage, location verification, artificial intelligence processing, analytics, audio recording, account synchronization, or other features that change how information is collected or processed, GenLo AI Media will update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures before or in connection with those changes.

Belongry by GenLo (“Belongry”) helps users organize and maintain information about belongings and other personal property.

Depending on the features used, Belongry may collect, process, or store information including account information, photographs, item descriptions, categories, serial or model information, purchase information, receipts, warranty information, documents, notes, barcode or QR-code information, and other content users choose to provide.

Belongry may use cloud-based services to store and synchronize user information across supported devices.

Barcode and QR Code Scanning

Belongry includes Smart Scan functionality that allows users to scan supported barcodes or QR codes to identify products and retrieve available product information. When this feature is used, barcode, QR-code, or other product-identifying information may be transmitted to third-party product-information services for the purpose of locating and returning relevant product information. Information returned by these services may include product names, descriptions, manufacturers, model information, images, categories, or other available product data. Availability and accuracy of product information may vary.

Photos, Receipts and Documents

Users may choose to upload or store photographs, receipts, warranty documentation, and other records relating to their belongings. This information may be stored using GenLo's cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers that process information on GenLo's behalf.

Subscriptions and Usage

Belongry may maintain information concerning subscription status, account entitlements, the number of belongings associated with an account, and use of features such as Smart Scan. Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. GenLo may receive information necessary to verify subscription status and provide purchased functionality without receiving users' complete payment-card information.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Belongry may collect limited usage, performance, diagnostic, and feature-interaction information to operate the Service, identify technical problems, understand feature usage, and improve the application. The specific information collected depends upon the technologies and service providers used by Belongry.

Belongry does not sell users' personal information or information concerning their belongings to advertisers.

Users may request deletion of their Belongry account and associated personal information as described in the Account and Data Deletion section of this Privacy Policy.

GenLo may use information collected through our Services to:

• Provide and operate our Services
• Create and maintain user accounts
• Authenticate users
• Process transactions and subscriptions
• Store and retrieve user content
• Provide customer support
• Respond to inquiries
• Generate requested documents, reports, or other content
• Operate CloseMark's job-documentation features
• Create Verified Job Timelines
• Process photographs, voice notes, location information, and customer acknowledgments
• Improve functionality and user experience
• Diagnose technical problems
• Monitor performance and reliability
• Protect our Services and users
• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Communicate important information about our Services
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

We do not materially change the purpose for which personal information was collected without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.

Some GenLo Services may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies.

Depending upon the Service, AI may be used to:

• Transcribe voice recordings
• Summarize information
• Organize user-provided content
• Extract information from documents or images
• Generate structured reports
• Categorize information
• Assist users in creating content
• Perform other functions requested by users

Information necessary to provide an AI-enabled feature may be transmitted to service providers that provide AI, transcription, cloud-computing, or related processing services.

Where personal data is shared with third-party AI services, GenLo will seek to provide appropriate disclosure and obtain permission where required. Apple specifically requires developers to clearly disclose third-party sharing of personal data, including sharing with third-party AI.

Users should review important AI-generated or automatically generated information for accuracy before relying upon or distributing it.

GenLo AI Media does not sell personal information.

At Your Direction

We may share information when you instruct a GenLo Service to send, export, publish, or otherwise provide information to another person or organization. For example, a CloseMark user may choose to provide a generated job report to a customer.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of GenLo, our users, or others.

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

GenLo does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Unless otherwise disclosed for a particular Service, GenLo does not use information collected through its applications for third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

If our practices change, we will update applicable disclosures and obtain consent where required.

Purchases or subscriptions may be processed through Apple, another app marketplace, Stripe, or another authorized payment provider, depending upon the Service.

Payment providers may collect payment information directly from users under their own privacy policies and terms.

GenLo may receive transaction information necessary to manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, refunds, or account status without receiving complete payment-card information.

GenLo websites may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website performance, maintain security, or improve our Services.

Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with appropriate choices concerning non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

GenLo retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the applicable Service
• Maintain user accounts and records
• Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
• Meet contractual obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Maintain security
• Exercise or defend legal rights
• Comply with applicable law

Retention periods may differ depending upon the type of information and the Service involved.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Residual information may temporarily remain in backups or disaster-recovery systems.

Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their account, subject to information that GenLo is permitted or required to retain.

Where a GenLo application allows users to create accounts, account-deletion functionality may also be provided within the application.

Requests may also be submitted using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person making a deletion or access request.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to satisfy legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain security, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

For CloseMark specifically, Delete Account is available directly within the app. This is more than a recommendation for convenience: Apple's current guidelines require apps supporting account creation to also offer account deletion within the app.

GenLo applications may request access to device capabilities such as:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Photos
• Location
• Notifications

The permissions requested depend upon the features of the applicable application.

Users control device permissions through their device settings.

Disabling a permission may limit features that depend upon that permission. Whenever reasonably possible, GenLo will seek to provide alternatives when a permission is declined.

Apple similarly requires apps to respect permission choices and recommends alternatives where possible—for example, allowing manual address entry when location permission is declined.

GenLo uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.

However, no mobile application, website, electronic transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify GenLo if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

GenLo's commercial and professional applications, including CloseMark, are not designed or directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Services not intended for children.

If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

GenLo may separately provide educational products or services intended for schools, educators, parents, or students. Where those Services involve children's personal information, additional privacy terms, notices, contractual protections, or consent requirements may apply.

Depending upon your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Obtain information concerning how personal information is used or disclosed
• Receive certain information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing depends upon consent
• Opt out of certain uses or disclosures where applicable

GenLo will not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

GenLo AI Media is based in the United States.

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate mechanisms will be used for international transfers of personal information.

GenLo Services may contain links to or integrate with independently operated third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

Those organizations maintain their own privacy practices and policies. GenLo is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated third parties.

We encourage users to review applicable third-party privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy as GenLo develops new products, introduces new functionality, changes service providers, or responds to changes in applicable requirements.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy will indicate when it was most recently revised.

When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through our website, application, email, or another appropriate method.

This Privacy Policy is intended to serve as the master privacy policy for GenLo AI Media.

As GenLo introduces additional applications, software products, or digital services, we may add product-specific sections or supplemental notices describing information practices unique to those products.

Where a product-specific privacy notice conflicts with this general Privacy Policy, the product-specific notice will control with respect to that product to the extent stated in that notice.
